Jed is excellent, incredible eye for detail!
We used Jed as our building inspector for a property we made an offer on, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Communication was excellent, the inspector was very diligent, and the price was very reasonable. He picked up on things the other inspector didn’t. We would have been financially very stressed if these things weren’t picked up. Thank goodness we didn’t go with the seller’s report.
